About the Role
This position is responsible for making sure cleaning, upkeep, and repair work for equipment, facilities, and surrounding areas is carried out in line with company procedures and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, review, and track preventive maintenance schedules and routes for equipment and facilities at the Club and Central Office.
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance and repair tasks completed by contractors and vendors.
- Keep stock of maintenance materials and equipment, including collecting quotations and raising purchase order requests.
- Review work processes and task allocation to reduce downtime, improve productivity, and maintain proper staffing levels.
- Prepare staff schedules, supervise changes, and enter updates into the system as needed.
- Track employee performance and identify training requirements when necessary.
- Ensure opening and closing procedures for the Club are followed according to the checklist.
- Prepare and examine departmental reports as needed.
- Oversee cleaning operations both inside and outside the premises.
Qualifications and Required Skills
Applicants should have at least two years of university-level study in Business Administration, Engineering Technical Studies, or a related field. A degree is preferred. The role also calls for at least two years of experience in a comparable position, ideally within a retail setting, along with strong communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
