Role overview
This position is for an energetic Executive Assistant who can support a busy leadership team in a fast-moving, goal-driven setting. The role exposes the successful candidate to a wide variety of tasks, projects, and day-to-day coordination responsibilities.
Work location and schedule
The job is fully virtual and open to candidates based anywhere in the Philippines. Working hours are expected to align with Pacific Standard Time, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, so the role supports West Coast U.S. business hours.
Key duties
- Serve as a point of coordination for communication between internal teams and outside business partners, making sure follow-through happens on assigned tasks.
- Assist with research and share input on projects and initiatives under consideration by the company.
- Arrange meetings and calendar appointments while keeping deadlines and response times in mind.
- Keep electronic records and documents well organized in a structured filing system.
- Manage priorities so the most urgent and important items are addressed first.
- Draft reports and perform analysis for special projects when needed.
- Handle confidential matters with care and maintain strict discretion at all times.
Ideal candidate profile

Strong computer-related skills are required, along with excellent command of English and the ability to communicate clearly in both written and spoken form across all levels of an organization and with external parties.
The role requires at least 5 years of work experience.
