About the Company
Base360.ai is creating an AI operating system designed for businesses that serve consumers. The platform brings together customer conversations from social media comments and direct messages, WhatsApp, email, SMS, and phone calls into one AI-powered system. The goal is to replace many disconnected tools with a single intelligent layer that helps companies attract, engage, and convert customers.
The company is moving quickly and is looking for exceptional entrepreneurial talent to build the next wave of AI ventures from inside the organization.
Role Overview
As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you will not be stepping into an existing department; instead, you will be responsible for creating one. Your mandate is to find a high-impact opportunity, develop a new product or business line within Base360.ai, bring together the right team, test the market, and scale the idea into a meaningful standalone business.
This role is similar to starting a company, but with the advantage of support already in place: funding, engineering, design, AI infrastructure, customers, distribution, and leadership backing. If the venture succeeds, you are expected to grow into the long-term leader of it.
What You Will Do
- Spot attractive opportunities that can evolve into new products or business verticals.
- Investigate customer pain points through research and direct user conversations.
- Create the product direction, business plan, and launch strategy.
- Partner closely with engineering, product, design, and AI teams to move from idea to launch quickly.
- Bring in and manage your own cross-functional team as the venture expands.
- Take ownership of growth, adoption, customer success, and financial outcomes.
- Use data and customer input to guide decisions and improve the business rapidly.
- Report progress directly to the founders and executive leadership.
- Develop a venture that can grow into its own division or potentially stand alone as a separate company.

Prior startup exposure, whether as a founder, early team member, product leader, operator, or investor, is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
Success in the First 12 to 24 Months
By the end of the first 12 to 24 months, success would mean launching a new business vertical, building and leading a cross-functional team, finding solid product-market fit, generating meaningful recurring revenue, and becoming the long-term general manager of the venture.
