Role overview
This role is focused on keeping the brand’s website and app polished, commercially effective, and enjoyable to use. You’ll help launch new ranges, support campaigns, refine navigation and merchandising, and spot improvements that make the customer journey smoother.
You’ll work across Creative, Marketing, CRM, and Development teams to shape the brand’s day-to-day digital presence and ensure online experiences stay aligned with business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the website and app so they remain current, visually strong, well-optimised, and supportive of trading priorities.
- Coordinate the rollout of new products, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activity by managing assets, copy, and technical setup across digital channels.
- Improve product discovery through better merchandising, search, and navigation.
- Collaborate with the CRM Manager to reflect personalised experiences on-site and support repeat purchasing.
- Work with the Marketing team to build engaging landing pages that improve campaign performance.
- Track site performance, resolve issues, and partner with developers or external providers to improve speed, functionality, and overall user experience.
- Review ecommerce KPIs such as conversion rate, revenue, average order value, bounce rate, and basket abandonment, then use the findings to identify opportunities.
- Ensure content remains consistent across the website and app and reflects the brand’s tone and customer-first approach.
- Stay informed about ecommerce trends, platform changes, and competitor activity, and bring forward new ideas.

- Experience with ecommerce platforms; Shopify knowledge is helpful but not required.
- Confidence working with data and turning insights into practical actions.
- A problem-solving mindset with an appetite for testing and continuous improvement.
- Comfort working collaboratively with marketers, creatives, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a proactive, positive approach.
