Greenblocks India Gardening PVT LTD, based in Bhopal, is hiring an E-commerce Executive for a work-from-office role. The position is focused on managing online marketplace operations, supporting order flow, maintaining product visibility, and coordinating day-to-day execution across teams. The offered compensation is ₹10,000 to ₹18,000 per month, and the working hours are 9 AM to 6 PM.

What you will do
- Handle product uploads and keep listings accurate, attractive, and up to date on marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart.
- Track orders every day on Amazon and Flipkart, move them through processing, and coordinate timely dispatch.
- Monitor customer ratings, reviews, and other platform metrics to support the brand’s online standing.
- Work closely with packing, delivery, and other internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.
- Write emails and messages to customers to answer queries, share updates, and improve the service experience.
- Manage routine operational tasks such as stock tracking, report preparation, sourcing support, and supervision of warehouse activities.
- Study market trends and opportunities and share practical insights that can improve product performance.
- Explore new product ideas, assess their potential, and recommend additions to the company’s catalog.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, product listing, and order handling is preferred.
- Good planning, time management, and multitasking ability are needed.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills are important.
- Exposure to Amazon and Flipkart workflows will be an advantage.
- Ability to analyze market trends and draw useful conclusions.
- Comfort with MS Office tools.
- Should be self-driven and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Additional details
This is a full-time, work-from-office position based in Bhopal. The salary range is ₹10,000 to ₹18,000 per month. Working hours are 9 AM to 6 PM.
