Role overview
This opportunity is being handled for a partner organization, which will manage applications and the remaining hiring steps. The employer is seeking a Decision Intelligence Analyst located in Saudi Arabia.
The position is central to an AI-powered decision intelligence platform. Rather than simply generating responses, the focus is on verifying that the system's conclusions are logically robust, defensible, and suitable for real decision-making. In this role, you will serve as a quality checkpoint for reasoning systems, examining how judgments are built instead of only reviewing the final output. You will partner closely with product and research teams to improve the reliability of AI judgment frameworks. The work is research-oriented, highly analytical, and centered on structured thinking, consistency, and ongoing refinement. It is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys unpacking complex reasoning and improving how intelligent systems reason.
Key accountabilities
- Review AI-generated decision outputs to confirm that they are logically coherent, well-reasoned, and dependable, while spotting weaknesses in multi-step inference and tradeoff evaluation.
- Identify recurring signs of faulty reasoning, inconsistency, or drift, and record repeated breakdowns in decision flow.
- Create organized feedback loops and assessment rubrics that help steadily raise the quality of AI judgment.
- Support training design by contributing edge-case collections and structured examples that can be used to refine models.
- Set and uphold clear, measurable benchmarks for decision-quality outputs so performance stays consistent over time.
- Work with product, research, and engineering stakeholders to connect reasoning-quality improvements with system changes and roadmap goals.
- Bring early attention to broader logic issues and recommend structured improvements to strengthen decision architecture.
Requirements
- Strong analytical ability with the capacity to break complex, multi-step reasoning into smaller parts and evaluate it carefully.
- Hands-on exposure to AI systems, decision frameworks, applied analytics, or similarly structured problem-solving settings.
- The ability to convert subjective judgment criteria into measurable evaluation standards.
- Excellent writing skills with an emphasis on clarity, structure, and precision.
- Comfort working through uncertainty, unusual cases, and partial information without losing analytical discipline.
- Experience or academic background may come from applied AI evaluation, consulting, economics, operations research, philosophy of logic, or other rigorous analytical disciplines.
- A questioning mindset that aims to refine and improve reasoning systems rather than accepting answers at face value.
Benefits
- Chance to contribute to advanced AI-driven decision intelligence systems with meaningful impact.
- Remote or flexible working arrangements, depending on how the organization is structured.
- Exposure to advanced AI research and collaboration with product and engineering teams.
- Competitive pay aligned with experience and skill level.
- Direct influence on the reliability and quality of enterprise AI decision systems.
- A fast-moving, intellectually demanding environment that emphasizes learning and continuous improvement.
Application process and data notice
Applications and follow-up steps are handled by the partner company. A shortlist is created through an AI-based matching process and then shared with the hiring employer for review. Final decisions, interviews, and assessments are managed internally by the employer.
By applying, candidates acknowledge that their personal data may be processed to assess suitability and shared with the hiring employer under applicable data protection rules, including GDPR where relevant. The process may involve AI-supported screening, resume review, response analysis, and checks for inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials. These tools assist the recruitment team and do not replace human judgment; final hiring decisions are made by people. Candidates may request more information about data processing and may exercise applicable rights such as access, correction, deletion, and objection.
