Data Analyst

Role Snapshot

This is a W2 contract opportunity based in the United States and performed fully remotely. The role requires a 40-hour weekly commitment and is intended for weekday, full-time availability during the engagement. Compensation is stated at $70 to $100 per hour.

What You’ll Do

• Build challenging technical tasks spanning machine learning, data science, data engineering, and software workflows.
• Review model responses and deliver clear, detailed assessments of accuracy, efficiency, and reasoning quality.
• Design evaluation criteria and scoring rubrics to measure agentic system behavior effectively.
• Produce precise, well-structured solutions that can be used as trusted ground-truth references.
• Work with cross-functional subject matter experts to keep outputs consistent and technically sound.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on background in machine learning, data science, software engineering, or a closely related STEM area.
• Strong capability in programming, data analysis, statistical techniques, or computational workflows.
• Availability to work full-time on weekdays for the duration of the engagement.
• Prior exposure to data annotation, evaluation, or human-feedback processes is an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of LLMs, agentic systems, or evaluation frameworks is preferred.
• Excellent written communication and technical documentation skills.
