Job Overview
This role is for a customer support executive in a banking-related voice process. The position is based at Ambit IT Park, Ambattur, Chennai, and is intended for candidates who can join without delay. The work follows a full day-shift pattern.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates who have completed 12th standard or any graduation are eligible to apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- The role requires availability for a complete day shift.
Language Requirement
- Malayalam
- Hindi
- Telugu
- Tamil, along with good spoken English
Compensation
- Malayalam voice support: INR 17,500 take-home and INR 21,000 CTC.
- Telugu/Hindi voice support: INR 15,500 take-home and INR 19,000 CTC.
- Tamil voice support: INR 13,500 take-home and INR 16,000 CTC.
Work Schedule
- Six working days in a week with one rotational weekly off.
- Day shift only.
- Shift duration is 9 hours, including an 8-hour work block and a 1-hour break.
Location
The workplace is at Teleperformance, Ambit IT Park, Ambattur, Chennai.
