Role Overview
We are looking for a polished, detail-focused Customer Service Representative to support customers and vendors from a remote setting. The right person will bring strong communication skills, a service-first mindset, and hands-on experience with business software tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle questions and requests from customers and vendors by phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional support to all external contacts.
- Record, refresh, and manage information accurately within company systems.
- Support order handling, customer requests, and resolution of issues.
- Operate independently in a remote work setup while consistently meeting productivity and performance goals.
- Partner with internal teams to maintain a high standard of customer care.
Qualifications
- An associate degree is preferred.
- Prior exposure to NetSuite ERP is required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Comfort with phone-based support and direct interaction with customers and vendors.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
- Self-driven approach with the ability to manage work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Experience
- Background in customer service, administrative support, or related client-facing work.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and set priorities in a busy environment.
- Problem-solving ability with a consistently customer-centered approach.
