About the opportunity
This role is a remote customer service position focused on helping people with product and service questions while resolving routine day-to-day concerns. The work sits within a call center environment, where the emphasis is on end-to-end support for customer inquiries and issues.
Schedule and compensation
- Two shifts are currently available: 1st shift from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm CST, and 2nd shift from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm CST.
- This is a work-from-home role.
- Pay is $17.00 per hour, which equals an annual salary of $35,360.
Core duties
You will handle inbound requests across phone, chat, email, and online channels, track service work orders through completion, and support coordination tasks such as scheduling meetings and arranging logistics. The role also includes updating internal systems and spreadsheets, contacting customers when more information is needed, and preparing ad hoc reports for review.
In addition to day-to-day case handling, you are expected to model values aligned with the organization’s RISE principles, contribute ideas for improving team efficiency, and work within established procedures under close supervision. The position involves defined tasks, limited discretion, and choosing from approved solutions when solving straightforward problems.
Experience and skill expectations
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent experience, along with up to 2 years of related work experience. Strong communication, organization, and basic analytical ability are important, as is familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. A detail-oriented, curious approach and comfort working with simple math calculations are also part of the role.
