Role Overview

As Content Design Lead, you will join the Spend squad and help shape a multi-currency card experience that is cost-effective, simple to use, and safe for customers. You will tackle complex challenges across both digital and physical product experiences and contribute to improving the Wise card journey for millions of users.

You will also be part of the wider Content Guild and work closely with content professionals across the organization.

Compensation

The monthly salary range for this position is 13,250 to 17,500 SGD, plus RSUs.

What You’ll Do

• Develop a strong understanding of customers by building empathy and insight into their needs and behaviors.
• Help shape the strategy and direction of existing products and features.
• Own the content experience for new product launches and feature releases.
• Create straightforward, polished, and intuitive content-driven experiences that users value.
• Influence colleagues and stakeholders to strengthen customer focus, creativity, and content quality within the squad.
• Partner with designers from other teams to ensure the overall customer experience feels unified and seamless.
• Build and nurture a content design team within the Spend squad.
• Support team growth while contributing directly through hands-on design leadership.
• Set a high standard for content quality and help the team define and deliver what great looks like.
• Help drive positive change by contributing to a mission that aims to put people and businesses in greater control of their money.

What We’re Looking For

• Substantial experience leading content design for consumer products and shipping work at a high standard.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners and build trusted working relationships.
• Comfort working through ambiguity and complexity in collaborative settings.
• A strong sense of quality, including the ability to deliver excellent work and guide others to do the same.
• The confidence to influence, inspire, and collaborate in an environment that values autonomy and empowerment.
• High levels of empathy for both customers and colleagues.

Not a Fit If

This role is unlikely to suit candidates whose background is mainly in marketing content, advertising, copywriting, journalism, or social media, especially if they do not have practical experience in content design or UX.
