Role overview

The Client Relation Officer will oversee vendor registration, pre-qualification (PQQ), and client-facing administration to keep the company approved and active with private, government, and semi-government organizations. Key responsibilities

  • Make sure all work aligns with client rules, sector standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Keep registration data and files up to date in company systems, including CRM or other registration databases, while meeting KPI expectations.
  • Build and refine templates and workflows to shorten turnaround times and improve overall efficiency.
  • Monitor validity dates, renewals, and expirations, and coordinate re-submissions or updates in time.
  • Compile status reports covering registrations, PQQ progress, approvals, and pending items for management.
  • Assist business development efforts by ensuring the company is ready for target opportunities.
  • Run internal knowledge-sharing or training sessions on PQQ and registration processes.
  • Stay informed about changes in client requirements, policies, and market practices.
  • Carry out any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Requirements
