About the Role

This full-time permanent remote position with Dynacare sits within the Insurance Services discipline. The Client Support Representative plays a key part in coordinating and accelerating the collection of VIP medical reports by working closely with healthcare providers, insurance carriers, and customers. The focus of the role is to make sure requests are complete, compliant, and handled quickly, with careful follow-up, precise recordkeeping, and strong ownership of questions or issues so service and turnaround targets are met.

Key Responsibilities
