Role Summary
This is a full-time hybrid position for a Business Development Manager in Kolkata, with the option to work remotely at times. The role centers on spotting new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and shaping growth strategies. It also includes preparing proposals, handling contract negotiations, and working closely with different internal teams to support both client and company objectives.
Key Requirements
- Solid capability in business development, managing client relationships, and planning strategically.
- Working knowledge of sales, market research, and lead generation.
- Strong verbal and written communication, with confidence in negotiation and presentations.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and business analytics tools.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a focus on results.
- Comfortable performing in a hybrid setup and able to stay self-driven and adaptable.
- Background in outsourcing, especially with international clients or similar business areas, will be considered an added advantage.
