Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will help identify and develop new business opportunities, connect with international prospects, and support the sales process from lead generation through client communication. This role is suited to someone who is comfortable working across global markets and can contribute to business growth through outreach, relationship building, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and qualify leads using LinkedIn, email outreach, cold contact efforts, and professional networking.
- Communicate with prospects based in the Middle East, Europe, and the United States.
- Assess incoming leads and arrange meetings or product demos for the business development team.
- Assist with proposal drafting, presentations, and customer communication.
- Update and manage lead and client information in CRM tools.
- Research markets to uncover new business opportunities.
- Consistently follow up with prospects and build long-term client relationships.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure clear and effective client coordination.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
- Prior exposure to international markets, especially the Middle East, Europe, and the US.
- Strong spoken and written communication abilities.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Comfortable working in a goal-oriented, target-based environment.
Preferred Background
- Experience with AI-based products, SaaS offerings, or IT services is an advantage.
- Background in international lead generation and customer communication is preferred.
