Role Overview
This position is focused on generating and closing solar business opportunities in the B2C segment. The role involves direct field outreach, engaging prospective customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable solar solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and driving conversions while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for new solar business opportunities through on-ground outreach and customer interaction.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and present appropriate solar solutions.
- Prepare proposals and support the sales process from inquiry to closure.
- Handle negotiations effectively to move deals toward final conversion.
- Work toward assigned sales targets while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility
Open to any graduate candidate interested in business development and solar sales.
Compensation
The role offers an annual salary range of INR 3,00,000 to INR 8,00,000.
