Role Overview
This outsourced full-time position is for an Admin & Logistics Coordinator based in Jebel Ali, Dubai. The assignment runs for 12 months and combines administrative coordination with logistics and inventory support.
Core Responsibilities
- Draft and submit quotations as required.
- Gather and check evidence of work completed or activity performed.
- Handle reimbursement requests with accuracy and within required timelines.
- Spot mismatches in claims or account records and work toward resolving them.
- Keep financial tracking spreadsheets current and well organized.
- Prepare routine reports for management’s review.
- Arrange safe movement of equipment within the local area and across the region.
- Track the use and availability of equipment that has been issued on loan.
- Make sure shipments are sent out and received according to schedule.
- Maintain reliable and updated inventory records.
- Support live events and activities with on-site logistics coordination.
Work Arrangement
This is an outsourced engagement with a contract term of 12 months. The role is onsite at Jebel Ali, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
