This role suits someone who is organized, detail-driven, confident in communication, and eager to grow in a fast-moving environment. You will also build expertise in Roku’s tools, systems, media landscape, and programmatic advertising. The role is organized within a pod aligned to a major business line such as Enterprise, Indy, Political, Media & Entertainment, or Brand Activation.
Compensation

What You Will Do
- Work alongside Client Services, Sales, and partner teams to support advertising campaigns effectively.
- Use and become proficient in systems such as SFDC/Tarmac, Roku DMP, Tableau, Prisma, and related campaign tools.
- Assist with campaign planning, launch, monitoring, creative quality checks, tag mapping, and measurement setup.
- Review campaign data to spot trends, surface important findings to Sales and Client Services leaders, and help identify upsell and renewal opportunities.
- Strengthen your knowledge of Roku’s platform, ad offerings, and the broader media ecosystem.
- Track pacing and performance, then share insights that support renewals and additional revenue opportunities.
- Resolve campaign-related issues with support from teams such as Ad Operations, Billing, and Measurement.
- Prepare post-campaign wrap reports customized to client expectations and account level.
- Maintain accurate pipeline records and ensure IOs are processed on time so launches happen smoothly.
- Build dependable relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to support trust and satisfaction.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to CRM platforms and project management tools is an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based setting.
- A careful, proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
- Willingness to learn quickly and adapt in a busy, changing environment.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
Work Arrangement
Roku follows a hybrid model in which teams are in the office from Monday through Thursday. Fridays are generally remote and flexible, unless a role or office policy requires five in-office days.
Benefits
The role may include eligibility for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability coverage, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off. Roku also offers broader benefits that can vary by location and role, including support for mental health and financial wellness, as well as local statutory and voluntary options such as medical, dental, vision, commuter, and retirement benefits.
