What you’ll do

Respond to customers through WhatsApp, phone calls, and in-app support.
Manage bookings, rescheduling requests, cancellations, and urgent service-related issues.
Work closely with the operations team to address customer concerns quickly and correctly.
Follow up until issues are fully resolved.
Communicate in a polished, respectful, and premium manner in every interaction.
Keep detailed records of customer conversations, problems, and resolutions.
Spot repeating issues and help improve internal processes.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can join full time in-office, start between 2 July 2026 and 6 August 2026, and commit to a 3-month internship. Applicants should have relevant skills and interest in the role. Freshers seeking jobs may also apply.

Compensation and offer

The internship offers a stipend of ₹13,000 to ₹25,000 per month. The stipend structure includes a fixed component of ₹3,000 to ₹5,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month. On successful conversion to a permanent role, the expected annual salary is ₹6,00,000 to ₹10,00,000.
