Warehouse Supervisor – UAE

Job Overview

This role is for a Warehouse Supervisor based in the UAE. The position focuses on running day-to-day warehouse activities, keeping stock records accurate, guiding warehouse team members, and making sure goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently. The supervisor will also be expected to uphold safety practices and follow company operating standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse workflows and ensure smooth operations across receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock control processes.
• Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate their work to meet operational needs.
• Use warehouse and inventory systems to track movements and maintain data accuracy.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure warehouse activities comply with company standards.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with prior supervisory duties included.
• Hands-on exposure to inventory control and ERP/WMS platforms.
• Strong capabilities in leadership, planning, organization, and communication.
• Prior work experience in the UAE or GCC region is preferred.
