Voice Process

Role Overview

This position is for a voice process role based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The work is focused on international voice support, with an emphasis on healthcare-related coordination and patient-facing communication.

Core Requirements

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in an international voice process environment. Prior exposure to patient scheduling, healthcare BPO operations, or medical support work is preferred. Strong spoken and written English is essential, along with a professional approach to customer handling and telephone etiquette.

Functional Skills

Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems will be an added advantage. The role also calls for the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, handle data entry accurately, and work comfortably in night shifts as well as rotating schedules.

Qualifications

Applicants must be graduates. Experience in healthcare BPO or medical scheduling is desirable.

Preferred Experience

Additional value will be given to candidates who understand US healthcare workflows, have handled insurance verification or appointment scheduling, and are aware of HIPAA compliance requirements.
