About the Role
CodeVertex Innovations is looking for a full-time Virtual Data Entry Clerk to work entirely remotely. The position focuses on handling data, updating records, maintaining documentation, and supporting organized administrative processes in a distributed work setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist with everyday operational tasks, records management, and coordination across teams.
- Keep internal documents and records accurate, current, and well organized.
- Share updates, clarifications, and status information clearly with relevant stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive company, customer, employee, or financial information carefully, where applicable.
- Help ensure remote work is dependable, structured, and accurate.
Required Qualifications
- Strong focus on accuracy, clear communication, and dependable work habits.
- Ability to work independently from a remote location while taking ownership of assigned tasks.
- Comfort working within a structured business environment.
- Capability to manage documentation, records, or operational work with precision.
- Good organizational ability and sound problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background supporting remote teams or handling documentation-intensive work.
