Role overview
Global Education Ltd. is hiring a Video Editor for its Nagpur location. The role calls for someone with at least 2 years of hands-on editing experience and strong speed in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
What you will handle
- Create short-form Reels before and after events, often within a 1-day turnaround when needed.
- Edit long-form event and conference recordings into polished final videos.
- Develop promotional videos from scripts to support the company’s activities.
- Work with AI-based video tools and craft effective prompts to generate video content.
- Edit podcast recordings into full-length videos and also repurpose them into short clips or reels.
- Operate and manage videos displayed on LED screens during live events and shows.
- Make quick photo edits for social media stories and posts when required.
- Keep video files and raw footage well arranged, backed up, and easy to retrieve.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in video editing.
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Practical experience with AI video creation tools and prompt writing.
- Good communication ability and fluent English.
- Comfortable working quickly and handling strict deadlines.
Additional advantage
Having a personal high-end laptop or computer setup will be considered a strong plus.
