About the Role

This executive position leads and improves a complex operations network across Canada and the United States for a multi-brand, multi-channel business. The role is based in Montréal, Québec, and relocation to Montréal is required. It is a full-time, on-site role reporting to the Executive Vice President of Operations.

The successful leader will act as the top operational owner for the function, guiding distribution, logistics, customer service, inventory, facilities, supply chain performance, and business transformation. The role is accountable for an operation generating about USD 400M in annual revenue, with responsibility for building scalable systems, improving efficiency, supporting growth, reducing risk, and strengthening customer experience.

Compensation

Strategic Leadership and Growth

  • Partner with senior executives to shape and execute expansion plans across North America.
