About the Company

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for consumer-facing brands, giving operators a way to automate and manage their businesses end to end. The product grew out of a successful short-term rental business that reached an eight-figure portfolio using its own software, and is now being launched as an independent platform designed for the next wave of B2C companies.

The company is growing internationally and is looking for an exceptional UX/UI Designer to craft polished, easy-to-use, and high-converting experiences across product and marketing surfaces.

Role Overview

In this role, you will transform complex workflows into clear, engaging user journeys across the product, website, and customer-facing touchpoints. You will collaborate directly with the CEO, product managers, and engineers to create solutions that address real operational needs for B2C brands while maintaining a strong visual standard.

What You’ll Do

• Design dashboards, workflows, and integrations for the core platform.
• Create marketing materials such as landing pages, product pages, and demo experiences.
• Contribute to building and maintaining a design system that supports consistency and efficiency.
• Collect user feedback and use it to refine and improve interfaces quickly.
• Help define the product’s visual identity as the brand scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert product ideas and requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces using Figma.
• Develop landing pages that are optimized for product launches and campaign conversions.
• Keep the design language aligned across modules, product areas, and customer touchpoints.
• Partner with developers to deliver accurate, high-quality implementation.
• Run user research sessions, usability studies, and A/B tests to inform design decisions.
• Grow and maintain the component library and broader design system.
