Overview
Hays is seeking a Training Systems Analyst to provide operational and analytical support for learning platforms and related training processes. The role focuses on managing learning management systems, resolving issues, producing reports, and supporting stakeholders in a hybrid work setup based in Calgary, Alberta.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support learning systems, with particular emphasis on Workday Learning or SuccessFactors.
- Prepare data analysis outputs and reporting using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and dashboards.
- Manage system access, roles, and troubleshooting within the LMS environment.
- Respond to tickets and provide day-to-day operational support through ServiceNow or comparable tools.
- Support compliance-related reporting and audit requests.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and communicate clearly while resolving issues.
Candidate Profile
- At least 6 years of relevant experience is expected.
- Strong capability in data handling, reporting, learning systems, and technical support is required.
- The ideal person can juggle multiple priorities, solve problems efficiently, and contribute effectively within a team.
Compensation
The role offers CAD 34 per hour.
Work Arrangement
