About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and keep the store well supplied.
- Maintain the store in an orderly and suitable condition for operations.
- Receive incoming stock, check the quantity and quality of deliveries, and complete goods receipt processing in Migo.
- Handle inventory control for coveralls and other PPE items.
- Manage stock rotation and remove excess or expired items using FIFO principles.
- Apply store security measures and follow health, safety, and compliance rules.
- Prepare purchase requisitions and purchase orders when required.
- Support administrative tasks related to two company vehicles, diesel purchases, and scrap metal sales.
Requirements
- Capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable communicating and coordinating with customers and other stakeholders.
- Proficient in information management tools and basic MS Office applications.
- Well-organized with strong communication skills.
- Prior exposure to SAP will be an advantage.
