Overview
This role is for a telecommunications technician responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining telecom equipment and transmission systems. The position is based in Langley, British Columbia, Canada and requires work to be carried out at the physical worksite.

- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience
Prior experience is considered an asset.
Work Arrangement
This is an on-site position. Duties must be completed at the physical location, and remote work is not available.
Responsibilities
- Identify equipment issues, then adjust, replace, or restore telecommunications hardware as needed.
- Review test outcomes and make required changes or repairs to switching systems, network components, related equipment, and software.
- Pinpoint the type, source, and location of faults or service disruptions.
- Work at height on poles, ladders, or other support structures when required.
- Service and restore both aerial and underground transmission systems.
