Technical Project Manager – Cloud Transformation

Role Overview

Projactive is hiring a senior project manager to steer a strategic cloud transformation engagement in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, onsite position focused on delivering a high-visibility programme for a major global technology partner. The role sits in the middle of complex transformation work and requires close coordination with senior client leaders, external vendors, and technical delivery teams.

The selected professional will own end-to-end delivery across cloud and infrastructure workstreams, with a strong emphasis on disciplined execution, governance, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of cloud transformation programmes.
• Coordinate and align multiple stakeholders from client, vendor, and internal teams.
• Set up and maintain governance, reporting, RAID tracking, and escalation handling.
• Keep delivery aligned with programme goals, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Run workshops, support steering committee meetings, and prepare executive reporting.

Candidate Profile

• 4–6+ years of experience in IT or cloud project management.
• Hands-on background in client-facing roles within consulting firms or system integrators.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, infrastructure environments, or data centre transformation projects.
• Experience collaborating with global technology vendors in cloud, infrastructure, or platform domains.
• PMP certification or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Strong skills in communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
