This position is for a Technical Program Manager focused on CDN work within a technical infrastructure environment in Dublin. The role centers on coordinating complex, cross-functional network programs from planning through delivery, with an emphasis on edge capacity projects that support on-net CDN devices, GGC, and peering growth and performance needs.

You will work with a range of stakeholders to shape requirements, surface risks, keep schedules on track, and communicate progress clearly across teams. Compensation for Ireland is listed as €94,000 to €96,500 per year, with a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits. Individual pay depends on job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Minimum qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent hands-on professional experience.
• At least 2 years of program management experience in a cross-functional setting.
• Background in network planning, architecture, or design with a technology or telecommunications company.

Preferred qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in software development, computer science, or a related area, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior work in IP network planning or implementation at an ISP, telecom operator, carrier, or CDN.
• Strong technical aptitude with a solid grasp of networking fundamentals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead several network initiatives at once while balancing competing priorities and ensuring deadlines are achieved.
• Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables for edge capacity delivery work.
• Support growth and performance requirements for on-net CDN devices, GGC, and peering through effective project execution.
• Spot, evaluate, and manage risks such as hardware delays, site access problems, power limitations, and upgrade-related disruptions.
• Align project execution with broader organizational strategy and objectives.
• Improve processes, help drive cross-functional change, scale operational practices, and contribute to process design and automation efforts.
