Role overview

This opportunity is for a full-time Kitchen Team Member at the Regent Street store. The position requires full availability across the week. The starting rate is up to £14.05 per hour, which includes an hourly bonus, and the role is offered without zero-hours contracts.

What you will do

• Prepare fresh fish and other ingredients to support daily kitchen service.
• Assemble maki and make the signature itsu menu items.
• Cook food carefully and accurately, following the required standards.
• Keep food safety and quality standards consistently high.
• Serve customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.

Training and growth

No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided. Learning will combine practical, on-the-job guidance in store, support from managers and teammates, and digital training via the app and Academy courses. The role is also a stepping stone for progression, with many shop managers and Academy team members having started in team member positions.
