Role overview

We are seeking a commercially driven Supply Chain Manager to keep products flowing smoothly across the business. This position focuses on building trusted supplier relationships, improving ways of working, and making sure venues are consistently stocked with the items needed to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture effective partnerships with suppliers in Australia and overseas.
• Take ownership of supplier sourcing, onboarding, qualification, and ongoing performance review.
• Negotiate commercial terms and look for opportunities to improve value, cost efficiency, and service.
• Track supplier performance and create reporting that gives clear visibility across the supply chain.
• Lead procurement initiatives that reduce cost of goods while maintaining product quality.
• Work with Operations, Finance, and Logistics teams to strengthen systems, processes, and inventory control.
• Assist with the launch of new products by sourcing ingredients, packaging, and related supplies.
• Partner with Product Development to turn new concepts into market-ready products.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics providers so deliveries arrive on time and in full.
• Identify supply chain risks early and resolve issues before they disrupt venue operations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or sourcing, preferably in QSR, food retail, or hospitality.
• Proven skill in supplier relationship management and negotiation.
• Strong commercial judgment with evidence of delivering efficiency gains and savings.
• Hands-on experience working with both Australian and international suppliers.
• Solid analytical and reporting ability, with confidence using data to support decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Capability to manage several projects and competing deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• A proactive, practical, and solution-oriented approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.
