Role overview
Pair Eyewear is looking for a Supply Chain Associate to help keep inbound and outbound logistics running smoothly. In this role, you will support visibility, execution, and reporting across the supply chain, working closely with the Senior Manager of Logistics Operations and teams across sourcing, planning, customer experience, logistics, warehousing, suppliers, freight partners, and 3PL providers. The work will center on purchase order management, freight coordination, SKU upkeep, issue resolution, and ensuring products move efficiently from suppliers to warehouses and on to customers and partners, including during peak demand and product launches.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee incoming purchase orders and inbound shipments, confirming that suppliers meet shipping dates, quantities, and documentation requirements while identifying risks early and maintaining visibility for planning and warehouse teams.
- Arrange inbound freight bookings, monitor shipments through delivery, and resolve delays, shortages, damages, or missing documents.
- Coordinate outbound shipments, including support for 3PL operations, replacement orders, and related problem-solving.
- Work with warehouse teams to make sure shipments are executed on time, especially during launches, peak periods, and other high-volume windows.
- Maintain SKU setup and updates in NetSuite, with attention to item data accuracy across supply chain-critical fields.
- Build weekly and monthly KPI reporting covering PO health, inbound and outbound performance, transit times, and service levels.
- Support cross-functional transitions and process improvements across sourcing, planning, CX, logistics, and warehouse partners.
- Handle urgent, exception-based, or rush shipments when needed.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-driven, and comfortable balancing multiple shipments, purchase orders, and SKUs at once. They should be confident working with large data sets, careful about system accuracy, and able to follow through on details. This person should be able to adapt quickly as timelines change, spot and escalate risks proactively, and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders, suppliers, freight forwarders, 3PLs, and warehouse teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a closely related discipline.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, sourcing, production, or operations.
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Prior experience coordinating with freight forwarders, carriers, and distribution centers or 3PLs.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite is required, including SKU/item management and related supply chain workflows.
- Willingness to learn and develop within a fast-moving, growing supply chain environment.
- Comfort with SourceDay and other TMS tools is a plus for PO management, freight tracking, and logistics coordination.
Benefits and perks
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- Generous vacation policy.
- Competitive compensation with equity potential.
- Retirement savings plan options.
- Complimentary eyewear, along with discounts for family and friends.
- Possible eligibility for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives.
Compensation
The expected base pay range for this position is $70,000 to $75,000 per year. Final compensation will depend on skills, qualifications, and experience.
