NADEC Foods is seeking a Supervisor for Housing to oversee employee accommodation activities and keep living spaces safe, tidy, and comfortable. The position supports housing standards, service coordination, and overall employee well-being.

Key responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day running of staff housing facilities while maintaining strong standards for cleanliness, safety, and comfort.
Carry out routine checks across accommodations, guest housing, and shared/common areas.
Work with maintenance, housekeeping, catering, and security teams to make sure issues are addressed promptly.
Handle room assignments, arrivals/departures, and keep occupancy records accurate.
Respond to employee accommodation concerns and complaints and work toward quick, effective resolutions.
Track the performance of vendors and contractors against the agreed service expectations.
Make sure housing activities follow company policies, safety rules, and hygiene standards.
Keep housing documentation, stock/inventory records, and operational reports up to date.
Coordinate housing-related matters with HR, Facilities, and Security teams.
Contribute to employee welfare efforts and ongoing improvements in housing service delivery.

Qualifications and experience

A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline is required. The role calls for 1–2 years of experience in accommodation, facilities, or a similar environment.
