Student Recruitment Executive

Role overview

This position focuses on building and overseeing a strong network of student agents across Singapore and Southeast Asia to support student intake growth. The role combines partnership management, compliance monitoring, target ownership, marketing execution, and regular reporting to leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and strengthen a high-quality network of student agents throughout Singapore and Southeast Asia to boost student recruitment.
• Keep a close watch on agent adherence to policy and performance benchmarks so standards remain consistent.
• Maintain productive agent relationships to ensure a positive experience and a smooth admissions journey for students.
• Work toward individual business goals and KPIs, contributing directly to recruitment performance.
• Create and carry out marketing initiatives that improve brand visibility and awareness in the target markets.
• Follow up with prospective students and campaign/event leads to move them toward application submission.
• Analyze recruitment patterns, identify business opportunities, and share performance updates with senior management to support planning.

Qualifications

The role calls for at least 2 years of relevant industry experience and strong verbal as well as written communication skills.
