Storekeeper

Role overview

The Storekeeper will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations end to end, making sure goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently while stock records remain accurate and up to date.

Core responsibilities

• Accept deliveries, check incoming materials carefully, and confirm that they match the required specifications.
• Keep inventory balances current by entering and maintaining stock information in the system.
• Arrange materials in an orderly way, ensuring they are labeled correctly and stored safely.
• Pick, prepare, and release materials based on approved requisitions.
• Perform routine physical inventory checks and resolve any differences between counted stock and records.
• Support a tidy, secure, and safety-compliant warehouse environment.
• Work closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to track and meet material needs.

Qualifications and skills

A diploma or bachelor’s degree is preferred. The role calls for 2 to 3 years of experience in warehouse handling or inventory control. Candidates should be comfortable using MS Office and ERP tools, and should bring strong organization, communication, accuracy, and attention to detail.
