Rather than a conventional store role, it relies on practical experience in retail operations, performance tracking, and inventory control to assess AI-generated content and share feedback that helps improve how AI understands real-world store management workflows.
It is an ongoing, project-based assignment that can be handled alongside an existing job.
Key Work
- Apply retail store management knowledge to design expert-level training questions and realistic scenario-based prompts.
- Examine AI-generated answers and judge whether they are accurate and relevant to everyday store operations and management tasks.
- Submit clear, structured written feedback that supports model improvement.
- Work independently on a flexible schedule, with no fixed hours or minimum time commitment.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional retail store management experience, such as Store Manager or District Manager.
- Practical exposure to store performance reporting, cash balancing, and inventory reconciliation.
- Strong writing ability and careful attention to detail.
- Comfort working remotely and asynchronously without close supervision.
