Role Overview
This position calls for an experienced retail/restaurant leader to oversee the day-to-day performance of one store. The role focuses on building a strong team, driving financial results, and making sure guests receive a consistently excellent experience. Key Responsibilities
The store manager is accountable for the full operation of a single location. That includes recruiting, supervising, and guiding associates, while keeping the store on track to meet its business goals and service standards.
Training and Development
