Role Overview
Panda Restaurant Group is looking for an experienced store leader to run a single location in Shepherdsville, Kentucky. The role centers on overseeing daily restaurant operations, guiding the team, and making sure the store performs well financially while delivering a strong guest experience.
Training and Development

Key Job Duties
The Store Manager is responsible for the full operation of one store. This includes hiring team members, supervising and directing associates, and keeping the business on track to meet financial targets. The job is based in a fast-moving restaurant environment where work areas may be hot, noisy, and space-limited. The role requires standing for long periods, preparing both hot and cold food, using Chinese kitchen knives and other equipment, and moving quickly without sacrificing accuracy. The manager must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across 36-inch counters to serve guests.
