About the Internship

This internship focuses on creating and executing comprehensive test cases that cover the entire supply chain processes including procurement, inventory management, order fulfillment, invoicing, logistics, and reporting. The intern will validate data accuracy and business logic in platforms such as Zoho Inventory, ERPNext, and Excel-based tools. The role includes contributing to automation initiatives using scripting languages like Zoho Deluge, Excel macros, or testing frameworks such as Selenium and Playwright. Responsibilities also cover thorough data audits, such as ensuring stock levels match purchase and sales orders and verifying the consistency of management information system (MIS) reports.

The intern will log and track software defects using tools like Jira or Zoho Projects and will assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for new feature rollouts. They are expected to identify gaps in processes, provide user experience feedback, and support workflow optimizations.

Candidate Eligibility

Applicants must be available for a full-time, on-site internship lasting three months, starting anytime between July 27, 2026, and August 31, 2026. Candidates should have skills relevant to software and database testing and must be Computer Science Engineering students or pursuing related degrees such as B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or MBA with majors in Operations, IT, or Supply Chain.

Other Requirements

• Solid understanding of fundamental software testing methods, primarily manual testing with some exposure to automation tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookup functions.
• Experience or familiarity with ERP or supply chain management tools like Zoho Inventory and ERPNext.
• Basic command of SQL or other querying techniques for validation.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Preferred qualifications include knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress), scripting abilities in Zoho Deluge or Excel macros, understanding supply chain cycles such as order-to-cash, and alignment with the company's values around transparency, sustainability, and clean-label foods.

Compensation and Perks

The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging between INR 10,000 and 15,000. Additional perks include a certificate of completion, flexible working hours, and a relaxed dress code.
