About the Role
Pramerica Life Insurance Limited is hiring a Software Developer in Gurugram. The role focuses on building and maintaining scalable backend applications, with Node.js and MongoDB at the core of the stack.
What You’ll Do
- Build, test, and release scalable applications using Node.js, with MongoDB serving as the main data store.
- Work closely with teams across functions to understand business needs and turn them into practical technical solutions.
- Produce maintainable, high-quality code by adhering to coding guidelines, development standards, and testing practices.
- Investigate defects, resolve technical issues, and improve application efficiency and responsiveness.
Experience & Technical Requirements
- Bring 4 to 8 years of hands-on software development experience, with solid expertise in Node.js and MongoDB.
- Have a strong grasp of SQL fundamentals and the ability to create efficient database queries.
- Be comfortable contributing to large-scale systems that involve complex data-processing needs.
