Overview
This role is for an experienced software developer who can help improve AI systems by completing coding-related tasks. You’ll join a large global coding community made up of front-end, back-end, full-stack, machine learning, and other engineering professionals who contribute to practical AI development.
The work combines flexibility with technical challenge. You may be asked to create and solve coding problems, build applications with strong functionality, and analyze data to produce useful insights and visualizations. Your contributions help train and refine intelligent systems as they improve over time.
Some contributors use this work as a side engagement alongside another full-time role, while others make it their main focus and select projects based on their own availability.
How the process works
After creating an account, you will complete a brief assessment that functions as the selection step. If you are successful, you will receive confirmation by email and paid projects will become available through the platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and solve varied coding challenges that support AI training, with a particular focus on Android development.
- Produce clean code samples along with thorough, easy-to-follow explanations.
- Review code generated by AI for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
- Share feedback that helps improve future AI model performance.
Compensation and contracting terms
Projects are paid on an hourly basis, with earnings starting at USD 50-100+ per hour and higher pay available for certain assignments. Payment is made through PayPal, and any currency conversion from USD is handled by PayPal. This is an independent contractor arrangement. There is no fee or payment request from the company at any stage.
Availability and work style
You can choose the projects you take on and decide when you work. The role is flexible, and you work from your own computer at home on your own schedule.
Eligibility and qualifications
- You must have native-level or bilingual fluency in English.
- Kotlin experience is preferred.
- You should be proficient in at least one of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift.
- Strong grammar and writing ability are essential.
- A bachelor’s degree is required; it may be completed or still in progress.
- Prior experience as a software developer, coder, software engineer, or programmer is preferred.
