About the role

Beyond Studios is looking for a Social Media Coordinator who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on content support across multiple social channels. This position suits someone who has a strong feel for social media, can generate fresh content concepts, and is comfortable helping with photo editing, video capture, and content production. In addition to supporting the studio’s own channels, the role includes a smaller amount of social media management and content work for selected agency clients.

What you will do

  • Track conversations and themes across social platforms to spot new trends, audience interests, and content opportunities.
  • Build new content concepts and help shape Cole’s content direction using performance data, social insights, and engagement patterns.
  • Support image editing, post-production, and video capture to maintain a high standard of social content.
  • Keep up with shifting social media trends, algorithm updates, and new platforms to keep strategies current and effective.
  • Create and execute social media plans for selected agency clients, making sure each approach fits the client’s brand and business objectives.
  • Maintain content calendars, write engaging posts, and manage scheduling for client accounts.
  • Represent client brands online by responding to comments and messages and building authentic community interaction.
  • Partner with clients to share insights, campaign performance reports, and recommendations for improvement and growth.

Requirements
