Site Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Site Manager to oversee construction operations in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will act as the main on-site representative for the company, ensuring smooth communication with the client and subcontractors while keeping site activities on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company as the main contact for the client on matters related to construction progress and site execution.
• Act on behalf of the company in all dealings with subcontractors.
• Supervise and coordinate the on-site construction team.
• Draft and distribute daily and weekly progress updates to the company and the client.
• Run daily coordination meetings with subcontractors and the client, especially during shutdown periods when tight coordination is essential.
• Oversee subcontractor work by planning activities, monitoring progress, allocating resources, and tracking execution.
• Make sure health, safety, and environmental requirements are implemented and followed at the site.
• Verify adherence to quality assurance processes and manage quality control activities to meet expected standards.
