About the Role

Zambrero is looking for Shift Supervisors to join its Coopers Plains team. This is a hands-on restaurant leadership position where you’ll help keep daily service running smoothly while supporting a culture that is upbeat, customer-focused, and purpose-driven.

What the Role Involves

As a Shift Supervisor, you will help oversee the restaurant’s day-to-day operations, guide the team, and ensure customers receive fast, friendly, and high-quality service.

• Lead the team through efficient daily restaurant operations.
• Set the tone for Zambrero’s values, standards, and workplace culture.
• Support training and development so the team can create great customer experiences.
• Help recruit and onboard new staff members.
• Assist with team management tasks such as performance reviews and rostering.
• Make sure food is prepared, served, and presented to a consistently high standard.
• Support stock ordering from suppliers.
• Handle administrative tasks including paperwork, banking, cash management, payroll support, and policy review.
• Oversee regular cleaning of production areas, the dining room, and other parts of the restaurant.
• Assist with the rollout of marketing promotions.
• Help maintain safety and security standards and ensure Workplace Health and Safety training is followed.
