Sprout & Co is looking for an internal Shift Leader who can set the tone for the restaurant during service. In this position, you will guide the team from the front, keep operations running smoothly, and help create an environment that customers enjoy returning to and employees enjoy working in.

  • Identify performance gaps, share feedback in the moment, and support continuous improvement.
  • Recognise excellent work and help build a culture where achievements are noticed and appreciated.
  • Take ownership of the restaurant’s presentation, including cleanliness, fridge displays, and the overall atmosphere.
  • Collect customer feedback and ensure it is acted on appropriately.
  • Track customer experience indicators such as NPS and use trends to support improvements.
  • Act as a health and safety role model and support compliance across the shift.
  • Check portioning, preparation, and presentation standards to keep product quality consistent.
