About the role
This position suits an organised, proactive person who can help ensure service jobs are arranged and completed smoothly. You will be the point of contact for customer requests, coordinate repairs with service technicians, and provide professional, friendly support throughout the process.
Role details
Position: Service Administrator
Location: Sunshine Coast - Warana, Queensland, Australia
Work pattern: Monday to Friday, full-time permanent role
Reporting to: Branch Manager
What you will need
- Previous experience in a similar administration, service coordination, or repairs-related role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-first approach.
- Solid computer skills, including confidence using Microsoft Excel and internal systems.
- Self-driven attitude, with a willingness to learn and work toward targets and results.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Key duties
- Answer customer calls in a courteous and professional way.
- Liaise with service technicians to share customer needs and organise service bookings.
- Handle purchase orders with suppliers and process invoices where needed.
- Track job progress and keep customers informed with timely updates.
- Look for ways to improve processes and support growth in the service function.
