Security Officer

About the Role

National Health and Education Society is hiring a Security Officer for its Mumbai Suburban location. The position focuses on safeguarding premises, monitoring security systems, and responding quickly to potential risks or incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep watch over CCTV feeds to spot suspicious activity, security lapses, or possible threats and act promptly when needed.
• Carry out routine checks around the property to maintain physical safety and identify weak points.
• Work alongside other departments to review incidents, solve security-related issues, and put corrective steps into action.
• Create and update incident response procedures so emergencies can be handled with minimal disruption and damage.

Requirements

• Applicants should have 3 to 10 years of experience in security operations, surveillance, or a similar area.
• A solid grasp of physical security practices is needed, including access control systems and alarm monitoring processes.
• Hands-on familiarity with CCTV monitoring tools and related equipment is required.
• The role calls for the ability to stay effective and composed in demanding, high-pressure situations.
