In this position, you will help maintain a safe and secure setting while also offering a strong standard of customer service. The work includes a combination of patrol duties, incident handling, and face-to-face interaction with clients and site users.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out patrols to protect people, property, and assets.

• Respond appropriately to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and assistance requests.
• Assess risks and take suitable action according to site procedures.
• Follow all company and site security rules and protocols.
• Prepare incident reports and keep records accurate and up to date.

What you need to bring

To succeed in this position, you should have a valid security licence, current first aid and CPR certification, and prior security experience. Retail security background is considered an advantage.

You must be available for day and night shifts across both weekdays and weekends. Because the role includes patrol work, good physical condition is important.

The ideal candidate can work on their own, follow set procedures, maintain strong attention to detail, and show a dependable, punctual work history. Full Australian working rights are required.
