The organization values adaptable people who take ownership, support others, and bring both a broad mindset and local execution focus.
What You’ll Do

- Run agile ceremonies, keep discussions productive, and clear blockers that slow the team down.
- Coach teams toward stronger self-management through Scrum or Kanban practices, with an emphasis on ownership and accountability.
- Support decision-making by bringing the right information to the table and guiding healthy discussion.
- Make sure decisions stay aligned with priorities.
- Build collaboration across functions so interdependencies are handled smoothly.
- Help teams adjust as circumstances change while staying focused on shared goals.
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback conversations.
- Maintain Azure DevOps boards using the established structure and workflows.
- Analyze team data to find ways to improve productivity and suggest practical solutions.
- Prepare monthly project updates that reflect the team’s roadmap progress.
- Encourage automation where it can reduce repetitive work and improve efficiency.
- Oversee resource allocation so team members have the tools, skills, and support they need.
- Spot resource gaps or bottlenecks early and address them.
- Track resource usage and capacity for the team.
- Work with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines.
- Rework plans when priorities, scope, or requirements change.
- Coordinate activities among team members and other stakeholders.
- Serve as the communication bridge between the delivery team and other parties.
- Share regular progress, milestones, and risks with stakeholders.
- Partner with the Product Owner, Technical Writers, and developers to keep technical documentation current.
- Identify project risks and help build mitigation plans.
- Address issues proactively before they affect product delivery.
- Complete other related duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, technical school degree, or an equivalent mix of education and experience from a four-year institution.
- At least 5 years of relevant industry experience, typically including 1 or more years at an Associate level role or equivalent outside experience.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle models, along with agile and traditional project management methods.
- Hands-on experience with Scrum or Agile delivery in enterprise application development projects.
- Agile certifications such as PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe are considered an advantage.
- Experience leading cross-functional project teams of about 10 to 15 people, including developers, business analysts, and QA staff.
- Experience using Azure DevOps is preferred; Jira is an acceptable alternative for task tracking.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exposure to a Project Portfolio Management tool is a plus.
- Prior remote work experience and a home setup suitable for working remotely.
- This role may include additional responsibilities and training as needed to support business requirements.
- Unsolicited resumes from staffing agencies, search firms, or other third parties are not accepted.
